Tuesdays, May 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31. By using a chair, modified yoga postures and breathing techniques, you will be introduced to a yoga session that offers you both health and fitness benefits. This innovative fitness approach makes chair yoga programs suitable for any age group.


Palm Springs - Zumba Gold

Thursdays, May 5, 12, 19, & 26. Based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba class. The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified movements. Wear comfortable clothing and flexible shoes. Class size is limited.


Palm Springs - Meditative Yoga

Fridays, May 6, 13, 20, & 27. Meditation is the practice of concentrated focus upon sound, objects, visualization and breath to increase awareness of the present moment. This helps to reduce stress, promote relaxation and enhance personal and spiritual growth.


Sports Memorabilia Event

Inter Valley Health Plan has partnered with a local sports enthusiast who is generously loaning his extensive collection of autographed memorabilia from sports greats like Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Jackie Robinson, Evel Knievel, Muhammad Ali and Tommy Lasorda and lots more. Sports fun facts are shared hourly and refreshments are served. Wednesday, May 25th - 1 PM - 8 PM Thursday, May 26th - 1 PM - 5 PM
