Palm Springs - Zumba Gold
Thursday's, February 2, 9, 16, 23. Based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba class. The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified movements. Wear comfortable clothing and flexible shoes. Class size is limited.
