Palm Springs - Chair Yoga

Wednesdays, September 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30. This class is for seniors that have a desire to improve their skeletal muscle strength, muscle flexibility and balance. All three components are essential to maintain quality of life during the aging process. Resistance exercises are a major part of this calss. Class size is limited. Wear comfortable shoes.

 



Victorville - Celebrating Grandparents, Then & Now; Bee Happy Series

In honor of Grandparents Day, join a fun morning reflecting on how life was back then and how it has evolved. Bring vintage pictures and memories to share and learn how to best preserve them. Get an extra Bee off your card if you bring a friend who's never been to our classes!

The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified movements. Wear comfortable clothing and flexible shoes.
